Removal of existing vanity, mirror, light fixture, bath fan, one-piece shower enclosure, soffit above shower, shower door, linen closet, bathroom door, and the wall separating the vanity and shower/toilet. The existing bedroom closet opposite the shower is to be made 2’ smaller, allowing a 60” shower to be installed. A new wall will be made to separate the shower and closet and a new bifold door is to be installed. The wall where the existing linen closet was will need to be bumped out roughly 6” to accommodate a standard sized vanity and vanity top. A new drywalled ceiling and waterproof recessed light is to be installed over the new shower. All rough plumbing is to be reconfigured for installation of a new shower base, temperature control valve, and showerhead. A 60” full- width niche is to be framed out. A 60” x 34” fiberglass shower base is to be installed along with a waterproof, tile-ready substrate throughout the shower and niche. Tile is to be installed in the shower from the floor to the ceiling and throughout the niche. A shower control handle is to be installed along with a handheld shower head. A clear glass, frameless shower door is to be installed. The existing floor register is to be moved from the floor to the wall. A new bath fan with LED light is to be installed after new duct work is run to vent outside. New subfloor is to be installed on the bathroom floor to create a smooth surface for the installation of luxury vinyl plank. LVP is to be installed throughout the bathroom as well as new trim. The existing toilet is to be reinstalled along with a new shut off valve and supply line. A 60” x 21”, double bowl vanity is to be installed along with a 61” x 22” vanity top. A row of tile is to be installed on the wall above the vanity. Two faucets along with new water supply lines and shutoff valves to be hooked up. Two new light fixtures are to be installed above a large mirror centered on the vanity. All accessories (toilet paper holder, towel bar, etc.) to be installed. A new, frosted glass sliding barn door is to be hung.
