Semi - Complete Bathroom Remodel

Primed and painted the ceiling to get rid of mold/mildew. Installed a timer to prohibit mold from forming in the future. Removed the existing tub/shower surround. Cut the existing tile floor to allow a 34” x 60” fiberglass shower pan with linear style drain to be installed. We kept the existing tiled floor. Installed all new baseboard, window and door trim. Removed the existing recessed medicine cabinet and filled the hole with drywall. Vented the new bath fan outside instead of in the attic. Replaced electric baseboard enclosure. Installed a recessed waterproof light above the shower. Installed a 12” x 28” niche vertically on the right wall. Tiled the back shower wall and inside of niche with 2.5” x 8” navy blue subway tile. Tiled the left and right side walls in white 6” x 12” tile. Installed all new shower fixtures. Installed a 1/4” clear glass shower door. Replaced existing oak vanity with a new navy blue vanity with white sink top and new faucet. Hung a new mirror above the sink and a 4-light fixture above the mirror. Entire bathroom painted Valspar Gravity.
